Esther is a practitioner and advocate in the business of green.
In her first year of joining CDL, she played an instrumental role in the company’s leadership in CSR/sustainability. Under her charge, CDL went on to win multiple accolades for their work on sustainability leadership.
She’s also the founder of Women4Green, a network that empowers women in the male-dominated building and technology industries to champion sustainability.
Esther has a strong passion for the environment. Last September, she became the first Singaporean to receive the UN SDG Pioneer Award for her work on building green infrastructure and a low-carbon economy.
Esther has been working at CDL for 23 years.

Sonia is a strategist expert with over 20 years of experience.
At Accenture, she works closely with the C-suite and boards of companies across a wide range of industries to bring their strategic transformation projects to life.
Sonia specialises in business model innovation, corporate strategy, and leadership. She frequently speaks about innovation and leading in a world of disruption.
Sonia is passionate about inclusion, diversity, education, and helping the less fortunate and elders to live with dignity and grace.

At Mercer, Peta oversees the expansion of Mercer’s business in Singapore.
She also leads local initiatives to continue to raise Mercer’s position as a leading expert in health, wealth, and career. A global business leader, she has many years of experience working on high-profile projects across a huge range of industries.
Before joining Mercer, Peta ran IBM’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Consulting business focusing on Women in Leadership programmes and Inclusive Leadership Assessments. She’s also worked at KPMG to lead their People & Change Advisory Business in Singapore.
Peta is passionate about HR, people, and making a difference.
